Your Gallery is ready!
If you are reading this then you have probably received an email from me letting you know your gallery is ready!
This page is to give you a bit more information such as how to access everything, the photobook and what you can do with your photos.
Your gallery - general information
I will have sent you a direct link to access your gallery but you can also reach it using the web address below and then looking for your gallery. (You will need the password though, please email me if you have lost it)

Once you are in your gallery, here is what you can do:
View the photos
Make a list of your favourites
Share the gallery with friends and family
Download the low res files
Purchase prints
Your gallery will be live for 6 months from when you receive the full gallery. About two weeks before your gallery closes you, and anyone who has registered to view your gallery, should receive an email to say the gallery will be expiring soon. Please make sure you have downloaded your photos before your gallery expires. There is a charge if I have to re-upload your gallery.
the low res files
The low res files are suitable for sharing on social media and email etc.
If you share any online I would love it if you would tag or credit me! 🙏

You will have been given a PIN to be able to download the low res files. There is no limit as to how many times you can download the photos. Anyone you give the gallery password and PIN to can download the photos. (If you don’t want others downloading the photos don’t give them the PIN.)
I am happy for any of your other wedding suppliers to use the low res images on their social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) but they must credit me. If you prefer, if a supplier contacts you to ask for an image you can just send them direct to me.
Downloading the low res files
To download the complete gallery, from the gallery overview page click on the download arrow icon at the top right corner. Or you can download individual images if you hover over the image and click on the download icon
the High res files
At the bottom of the email notifying you your gallery is ready, you will see there is a download button. Click on this to instantly download all the high res files. I encourage you to make a backup copy (or two!) straight away!
The high res files are suitable for printing at least up to 18” on the long edge. If you wish to print any photos bigger than this please get in touch with me and I can make sure the file(s) is suitable or provide you with a bigger file.
My camera produces files with a ratio of 3:2 so the standard print sizes that match this ratio are:
6x4”. 9x6”. 12x8”. 15x10”. 18x12”.
You can of course order other sizes but the photo will be cropped.
The files have been edited on my calibrated screen and may look different on other devices and when printed. Equally there are other reasons why your prints may not look how you expect, for example what lab you use (I recommend a professional lab such as Loxley Colour or DS Colour Labs) or if you print on a matte paper stock they will not look as vibrant. If you have any questions then please get in touch and I can help and advise.
You have full personal printing rights to these photos. This means you can print the photos as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use only.
You can not give them to other business to use commercially ie websites, leaflets, magazines, brochures, banners, social media or other online advertisements etc. If a business would like to use one of my images (other than on their social media feed) please ask them to contact me.
purchasing prints through your gallery
Although you have full printing rights, I do have a shop function in the gallery which can also be used to purchase prints.
You do not need to use the gallery shop if you wish to have prints, you can take your hi res files and have them printed wherever you want (see note above about labs and colour). You can also arrange prints for your friends and family too with your high res files.
However if you would rather not get involved then they can order prints through the gallery shop. Any prints ordered through the gallery shop are fulfilled by my chosen lab and sent direct to the customer.
The Photobook (selected photography packages only)
As part of selected wedding photography packages, you have a complimentary 28 page (sides) 20x20cm standard book.
I suggest you pick around 28-40 images, you can create a ‘favourites’ list in the gallery for the photos you would like to include. I’m more than happy to give you some guidance if you’ve got a short list that is more a long list!
To create a favourites list, either in the gallery overview page or the enlarged view, just click on the heart icon. Once you have made your final selection you can share that list with me by click on the paper plane icon or just email me to let me know you have done it. I require your choices within 6 months of you receiving your full gallery please.
books and albums
I have three different book and album options available to purchase. The Photobook Pro, the Dreambook and an album. The Dreambook is my favourite - layflat pages, excellent print quality and the way it is produced is more environmentally friendly than the other books.
Unlike the complimentary photobook, there are a range of cover options for these books and albums. You can choose to have one big photo or you can opt for a fabric cover with an acrylic covered photo and text. There are different fabric types and colours available, you can view them here. You can also purchase a matching box to protect your book when you’re not looking at it and remembering your special day.
