Pre Wedding Questionnaire

Please use this form to tell me about your day. (Sorry for any duplication with the booking form or other conversations we’ve had but it is much better to have it all written down in one place.)

You do not need to list every single moment you hope to have photographed (please see my checklist page for the things I aim to photograph throughout the day). I will of course do my best to capture all the key moments and then some but can’t guarantee it. As every wedding is unique the more I know about your day in advance the better!
